Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective August 19, 2026
This policy explains what Harper Rentals does with the information you send through this website. It is written in plain English on purpose.
Who we are
Harper Rentals. The registered legal entity name is being confirmed and will be listed here once it is. We operate across the South Shore MA. You can reach us at 774-274-0633.
A business mailing address will be listed here once it is confirmed. Until then, the phone number above is the way to reach us about anything in this policy.
What we collect
When you send the quote form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to give one
- Your town
- What you need and anything you write in the message box
That is it. We do not ask for payment details on this site and there is nothing to log into.
Why we collect it
To get back to you about the job you asked about. That is the only reason. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it or hand it to anyone marketing to you.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, an email delivery service, to the inbox we check. Resend processes the message in order to deliver it. Nothing else is done with it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit and which buttons they use, including clicks on the phone number. That involves cookies set by Google. It tells us how the site is performing, not who you are.
If we run Google Ads in the future, conversion tracking will be added here through the same Google tag, and this section will be updated to say so.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site works either way.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in the business email account as part of the normal record of who asked for what. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics retention setting on the account.
Your choices
Ask us to delete what you sent and we will delete it. Call 774-274-0633 and say so.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. The current version is always the one on this page.
